Wedding invitations should be ordered approximately 5 months before the event. This will allow sufficent time for any delays unforseen and will give you plenty of time if you are assembling and addressing your invitations yourself.      2. Your inviations should be mailed approximately 6 weeks before the event. If including a response/reply card use a "reply before" date of 2-3 weeks before the event.
